Tis the Season Smoothie

 Happy Holidays!  


Here’s a tasty fun smoothie to try.

1 cup of Kale
2 cups of coconut, almond or rice milk
1/2 c cranberries (I freeze mine)
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 pear, stem removed
1/4 inch ginger root

Dash of frozen berries on top.
