Lost 22 lbs

I’ve been working with a new client over the last few weeks.  She wanted to lose weight, get fit, adopt a healthy lifestyle and make her stomach flat.  We all know you can’t spot train ~ don’t we wish we could.  But you can flatten that tummy, by being mindful of what you feed it.

situps1I have been meeting with her weekly, providing meal plans, as well as key weight loss strategies.  She loves to run so I don’t necessarily have to push her to workout but I have provided her options and offered her circuit training workouts to supplement her running.  She posted a picture a last week. She has lost 15 lbs. in 3 weeks.  With her approval, she has allowed me to share her new flat tummy.

morgan -15She is into week 4 and posted another picture along with a comment which is has allowed me to also share. “I have lost a total of 22 lbs so far and I fit into a dress that I bought back in my sophomore years and I feel great! Everyone check out Well Cared 4 Body!”

I am so privileged to have such an opportunity to help people reach and achieve their goals.  I have great joy watching them succeed, believing in themselves and helping them transform their lives.
