Kale Ghost Smoothie

I was making my morning smoothie which always consists of some greens and there in front of me, I had something in the blender staring back at me.   I looked again, focusing in on what I was seeing.   I thought how could that be, I just blended it?  There it was. The ghost in the blender.  It made me chuckle and had to take the picture. :-)


So here’s the Kale Ghost Smoothie

  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 c Kale or Spinach
  • 1 c fresh or frozen berries
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed or 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp of nuts (almonds or pecans)
  • 1 tsp of Agave (optional)
  • add ice (optional)


Blend and Enjoy.  It’s Boo~licious!
