Easy Pezy Baked Chicken

If you are in a hurry most of time like me, then you will like this recipe.  It doesn’t get any easier than this.  First, go to your local store and get a 1 lb package of chicken breast.  I prefer organic if possible, but if not, that is fine.  Trim all the fat and split the breasts so they are thin, another option is to buy thinly sliced but they will cost more, so something to note.  You can also use chicken tenders or split chicken breasts for this recipe.

  • Wash chicken
  • Cut into thin slices.
  • Spray each chicken breast with with olive oil on each side.  I have an olive oil sprayer.  I highly recommend getting one.  It saves on olive oil and calories.  If you don’t have a sprayer, use a brush.
  • Sprinkle Dash Chicken & Grill or McCormick Rotisserie Chicken spice on the chicken breast – (both sides).  I like both spices.  If you want to grill it, opt for Dash.
  • Place in baking dish, Cook for 25 mins, at 425 degrees.

When done serve with with favorite salad or try my delicious wraps.

Make extra so you have leftovers and can plan different meals through the week.  This will save you time and keep you on track to eating healthy.
