Delicious RAW Wrappers

If you are looking to try something healthy, new and different, RAW or low-fat.  Try this from my FREE 3~day Reboot guide.

I even got my husband to try it, except he added my easy pezy baked chicken and italian dressing. Making changes to your diet doesn’t have to be hard.  You adjust it to make it fit to your body and lifestyle.  We are all different so what works for one person might work for another.

Delicious RAW Wrappers

  • Romaine, butter lettuce, green cabbage or collard leaves (rinsed)
  • 1 large carrots, peeled and sliced thin or grated
  • ½ avocado
  • mashed ½ cup broccoli sprouts (or sprouts of choice) or fresh broccoli
  • ½ apple, sliced
  • Cayenne Pepper or Cultured Foods such as Kim Chi to warm your Digestion (optional) – this is hot so eliminate if needed. juice of a lime (optional)

Lay out your greens on a plate to the side. Mix together the carrots, avocado, broccoli and apple slices. Place some filling in each of lettuce leaves and drizzle lime juice over top, if desired. (Optional: to warm digestion and aid in digestive wellness add cayenne or Kim Chi.)

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsbp of Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp of agave or maple syrup
  • Salt & Pepper
